<Herbal treatments use naturally occurring substances, not new manufactured
chemicals. They do not have unknown side effects, as life has been exposed
to them for millions of years.>

Well now I'm not quibbling anymore, your telling me that herbal treatments
have no unknown side effects? If they haven't been tested the side effects
are unknown, whether or not the plant is thousands or millions of years
old. Just because something alive has been exposed to them doesn't mean
that "life" was a honeybee. And if it's a treatment even of something like
oregano that the bee might be exposed to, there are still side effects
possible, and likely, due to the dosage. As I said before we definately
need more testing, but saying they are safe because they are natural is a
great way to wind up with a case of good old fashioned poisoning.
