In the 'brave new world' of the General Agreement on Tariffs and
Trade, an important document is called the Agreement on the
Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures.

It describes the principles that will underpin the world trade in
honey, bees and bee products into the future.

If you would like a copy (it is 38k as a text file), send a message
to me:

(Please do not just reply to this message, as that will go to the
entire list)

In the *Subject* line of your message (not the body of the message),
put the words:
SEND SPS

and my mail 'robot' will send it on to you.
