I don’t know if Europe is an important market for American honey but, as I understand our regulations, pasteurised honey could only be sold as ‘Baker’s honey’. Heating to 45°C is the maximum allowed and pollen should not be removed when filtering. If it is, the information must be clearly indicated on the label and who would want to buy honey from which the pollen had been removed?
