To the best of my Knowledge there is no list of EU approved bee medicines. There is no EU directive other than for organic treatments, http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:1999:222:0001:0028:EN:PDF  page 18 paragraph 6, so it is up to individual Governments to approve veterinary medicines.
