Using cordovan queens and drones, Rick Hellmich and Gordon
Waller showed that the Weavers were controlling matings of queens with
their drones to a high degree in the late 80s.  The findings predicted
some influence of AHB once they arrived.  This matches fairly well what
Danny Weaver describes.
