Does anyone have direct experience in removing colonies from cinderblock walls? Do the bees actually build the nest comb in the holes of cinderblock walls?

I am going to inspect a commercial building allegedly with 2 colonies in it. I hope there is a drywall behind the cinder blocks.

Has anyone removed a colony from cinder block? I'd love to learn from your experience.

Waldemar
