The RoundUp discussion is a perennial discussion on this and other
newsgroups and LISTSERV lists that comes around every year.  It's
the computer world's equivalent to spring.
 
Some use it, some don't, many won't, many will, anyone can, those
who won't have no legal recourse over those who will and those who
do have a defacto veto over those who won't.
 
There's plenty of discussion in the archives or those who choose
to do so can ressurect the discussion that will never go away.  Just
remember the Miller (Bud?) light commercial, "Less Filling!", "Tastes
Great!".....
