Apparently there can be a risk in water and also the formulation 
can affect the persistence and risks.

Well worth reading IMO.  (I can't copy and paste the relevant two paragraphs 
from it without gong through an OCR like the one in Onenote.  The doc is 'protected'.  
Some organisations do that, and it makes their publications much less useful and 
more, not less vulnerable to subjective reporting).
