to me recently.
A friend is a manager of a couple of local McDonalds. You can find him
behind the counter, at the fryer, at any place he is needed. Same with
beekeepers."

If the beekeeper has a big enough operation to make serious money, then he
can't possibly have the time to put on a bee suit and lift boxes.  As for
your friend who is a manager at a couple of McDonald's - ask him when the
owner of the two McDonald's last made french fries.  Successful owners and
managers learn that delegating is one of the key skills you need.
