There are two easy methods for confirming pollen in honey (from the grocery
shelf or beekeepers "varietal") - as confirmation that the product has not
been hyperfiltered, adulterated or fake.

No stains are needed

 

1)     Force diluted honey through a Millipore filter and examine the filter
membrane at 400X

2)     Centrifuge diluted honey for 15 minutes, discard the supernatant and
examine the button on the bottom of the tube
