surely 14 - 15 khz.  15 hz @ 90db would likely shake a hive to  
pieces.  90db is near the threshold of pain at almost all audible  
frequencies whether you can hear it or not. But maybe this guy has got  
something."

He makes several statements that suggest he doesn't really know what he's talking about.  Buyer beware.


The other issue is 20 days of continuous 90db sound - you better have AC line power and a really good, all weather tweeter.  In the moist interior of a hive, it's likely to tear apart as the glue dissolves, etc.  Regardless of whether bees 'hear' or sense vibrations - I wouldn't be surprised to see the colony abscond.
