As Charlie said, yes.  The important thing to me was that the results
validated the design of the study, since there was an incredible (and
HIGHLY statistically significant) difference between the positive and
negative control groups, with all subs falling between the two.  So we can
use this experimental design for further studies.

And yes, I sometimes see bees simply removing patty after sucking out the
sugar.  I'm currently collaborating with Dr Kirk Anderson to detail the use
and benefit of artificial diets fed in different ways.
