The EPA label as it stands now (pre-court ruling) is here:
www.cdms.net/LDat/ldB67003.pdfý

While the label is defective in several ways, hence the lawsuit at hand, the
label for the product contradicts the claims of Dow Chemical.

"Hazard to Humans and Domestic Animals" means that the pesticide is not safe
for me or my pets and livestock.

"This product is highly toxic to bees exposed through contact during
spraying and while spray droplets are still wet. This product may be toxic
to bees exposed to treated foliage for up to 3 hours following application.
Toxicity is reduced when spray droplets are dry."

"Highly Toxic to bees" requires no further explanation.
