I am working with new beekeepers in St.Kitts in the Caribbean where brown
sugar is quite a bit cheaper than white sugar. They recently posed the
question as to whether bees could be fed brown sugar syrup and if so would
the mixture still be 1:1. Can anybody on the List relate any studies or
personal experience with feeding brown sugar?
Thanks
