Boy, you are right about that. Not only, but natural unfiltered honey is the product many people want. This honey is settled, not strained nor filtered. It has a fraction which contains pollen, dust, yeast, spores, you name it. So does any good food straight from a farm. The whole purity thing reminds me of a quasi-religious quest. A healthy individual consumes vast amounts of weird stuff from the environment. Our bodies expect this, have spent millions of years learning how to deal with this. This is one of the many reasons I sent my kids to public school, to get a healthy dose of dirt. Not to hide out in some utopian never never land, where everything is under control (as if).
