I think that has to be the ultimate solution.

I asked about restrictions on shipping AHB around the US, since the general
feeling has been that AHB are dangerous, and my understanding is that there
are various prohibitions against the practice.

Scientists have been studying the AHB and its behaviours and I have not
heard anyone of any stature state that this could be accomplished reliably.

I wonder. Has anyone heard any high profile people advocating this?
