I don't know about other places, but in California you have to get a
pesticide applicator's license to buy a case of 100 Apistan strips.
Once you get the license, you're supposed to complete and file a report
each calendar month that you apply the strips detailing how many you
used and where.  Combining with a big-time operator would probably be
easier.
