I use a leaf blower/vac that is gas powered.  I bought is for $50 US as a
factory refurbished unit.  It works great as a vacuum and as a bee blower to
clear supers.  Although it is made to hang from the shoulder, I set it on the
ground and use a long hose.  No electricity required.
