What possible damage have you suffered as a result Mr. Lu's actions?
What connection would he have to the State of IL that would make him subject
to IL jurisdiction?

Therein lies the problem. Defining that. Mr Lu's attempent to persuade the
public of problem with neonics, has the potential to be devastating.
Should he succeed, Midwest beekeepers have to go back to huge applications
of post emergence sprays.

Were it a jury claiming damage and distress from his lies could be enough.
Unfortunately Small claims is a judge, and actual damages so far are suspect
at best. I fully understand the problem James! And should I solve it......

In the mean time Mr. Lu is doing exactly that. Hes his trying to set up
science to effect law. I promise shortly you will start to see claims
about neonics, just like the Canadian lawsuit. I am seriously thinking
that's a huge part of the plan. Harvard's research supporting Harvard
shysters, in turn gets more donations from said shysters.

In the end it's a scam, pure and simple..... problem is he will probably be
successful in the long run.

Charles
