Just to make it clear to those who have not managed to read the articles
presented at the Apisevices site:

The "English" article is not a translation of the "French" article

The French article is work being undertaken by researchers at INRA -
National Institute for Research in Agriculture.
It does state as things stand at the moment that beekeepers would be
advised NOT to proceed in using the techniques described, as the results
obtained do not show that it is an effective means of treatment.
Evenso, the technique is being "developed and tested" in such a way as
to see whether it may be useful or not in the future.
