I was not specifically referring to AMM, but to hardier more energetic bees
than Italian types.

AMM does fit the long hours and long lived situation, but you will not find
much evidence of AMM in US, as many of the original genes of AMM have been
eliminated... Only 3% of genes in US stocks can be attributed to AMM, see...
