Does it look like a puff piece?

It did make me wonder about the POSSIBLE duplicity of individual or an industry that bemoans the lack of federal regulation for others but who utilize unapproved methods for combating disease and pathogens?  I do wonder if you could make a case in regards to CCD 'losses' and sheep dip on a shop towel?  Or perhaps simply large operation?
