When you see a great post on BEE-L and you can see that someone has taken some
time to research and write it, how about dropping a personal 'Thank you' to the
author (not the whole list).

I'm not thinking that *everyone* should say thanks *every* time -- or even
often.  BUT, *if* a particular piece is very meaningful and useful to you, a bit
of appreciation will go a long way keep the good stuff coming.

On the other hand, if you see something you don't like or agree with, please
just delete and pass on.  No one needs to be deluged with hate mail.
