I believe you will find that seed treatments used by commercial seed treaters vary depending on the insecticide, crop and pest.

Poncho 250, Poncho 500 and Poncho 1250 are the 0.25 mg AI/kernel, 0.50 mg AI/kernel and 1.25 mg AI/kernel application rates (respectively) of Poncho 600 seed-applied insecticide.

Gaucho 600 Flowable Seed Treatment Insecticide [examples]

Sunflower:
To provide early season protection of seedlings against wireworms, seed corn maggots and flea beetles apply as a commercial seed treatment at 0.25 – 0.50 mg a.i./seed.

Field Corn:
For the protection of corn plants from the corn insect pests listed below [see pest chart]. Apply as a seed treatment at the specified rates listed. 0.16 – 1.34 mg AI/kernel
