If anyone cares to read and re-read and ponder the conversations here,
as I do often, I think that it would be clear that this was strongly
implied, and even assumed by some, if not stated in those exact words.

I also think that this is why some people think that some writers here
are pro-chemical when in fact they are not.  Language is a blunt
instrument and often writers do not take the effort to carefully qualify
their words -- or consider the impact on a casual reader or those with
limited English.

I strive to be very precise in my language, but that does not stop some
from nit-picking.
