Anvil 10+10 has two active ingredients, Sumithrin also known as D-Phenothrin or [3-Phenoxybenzyl-(1RS, 3RS; 1RS, 3SR) 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-2-enyl) cyclopropane-carboxylate] and Piperonyl Butoxide also known as [Alpha-(2-(1-butoxyethoxy)-4,5-methylenedioxy-2-propyltoluene].

Sumithrin is a contact neurotoxin.  According to the manufacturer's FAQ, it is "rapidly inactivated and decomposed by exposure to light and air with a half-life of less than one day in the air, and on plants and other surfaces subject to sunlight.  It does not dissolve easily in water".  According to Amoo, et al, the residual effectiveness of Sumithrin drops off sharply after 48 hours.  I can find no evidence that it is absorbed by the plant, much less that anything is later expressed in the pollen.  This would all be consistent with a water-insoluble toxin.

Piperonyl Butoxide is a synergist - that is, a chemical that makes other insecticides more effective.  It does not have insecticidal properties on its own.  Like Sumithrin, it is an oily product with low solubility in water.

Without water solubility, there is little chance to get absorbed by the plant and therefore no pathway to affect the pollen (after, of course, the day or so that it will take for the immediate application to degrade).
