The French solution for the EC court ruling on GM pollen has just been published.

Décret n° 2012-128 du 30 janvier 2012 relatif à l'étiquetage des denrées alimentaires issues de filières qualifiées « sans organismes génétiquement modifiés »

NOR: EFIC1115781D

Chapter III: Ingredients produced by Apiculture
 Article 7
The mention "No GMOs within a 3 km radius" is reserved for the products of beekeeping which, at the same time:
(1) come from beehives located in such a way that, within a radius of 3 km around their location, the sources of nectar and pollen are made up of plant species not genetically modified.
2 ° Came from hives in which complementary food for bees, used where appropriate, meet the requirements mentioned in article 3.
3 ° Are not subject to the requirements of the regulations of 22 September 2003 referred to above. The use of this reference is reserved for apiculture products for which the production rules defined in the preceding paragraphs have been complied with for at least a year.
