I live in the area of North Carolina that was in the path of Hurricane
Fran and the destruction is widespread. I am sorry to report that Dave
Greens's prophesy about the aftermath of the hurricane being worse than
the storm is about to come true. The Raleigh newspaper today carried a
story about the intention of the N. C. Division of Environmental Health
to begain a massive insecticide spraying program in southeastern North
Carolina to combat mosquitoes carrying easern equine encephalitis.
