Subject: [BEE-L] Physical methods of cleaning Queen excluders

To quickly remove a lot of wax from the wire excluders stack about five at a
time on a old hive body and blow the hot air from a heat gun on them,
works fast.
I use a milwaukee heat gun with 2 settings 500 and 1000 degrees, low works
fast. Use leather gloves the wire gets hot. You could probably stack them
higher but I never tried.
