Why not make it easy and buy the stuff with the 'proper' amount of wax
already on.  If you are having difficulty with Pierco (which I suspect), try
either Permadent ((605) 345-3211) or Dadant's Plasticell.  Permadent is
available directly from them only in cartons of 100 for deeps or 150 for
medium.

I've used both and they are excellent.
