as i have a couple of grapefruit trees in my yard i am very attracted to the grapefruit leaf smoke method to test for varroa. nonetheless, i also have lemon, orange & tangelo trees in the yard & was wondering if they cld be used for the same test in the same way. does anyone know why the "literature" always talks abt grapefruit & not other forms of citrus?

cheers, mark
