In Autumn and early Winter of 1997 the IVY yielded profusely around here
-(East & Northeast of Ireland). I think the same thing is happening
this year. I am interested to know how one can best handle such a
crop. It granulates almost rock hard, and I'm told it is not the type
of honey one would relish at breakfast.
Questions: (1) How can it be got out of the combs? (2) What use can
be made of it?
Many thanks for any tips.
Sr. Catherine Duffy.
