I believe the book you are after is published by Oxfor Univ. Press.  They
have an 800 number you can call to order it directly, if it is still in print.  If
not in print, there is a scientific used book dealer in New York City--look
in NYC yellow pages uner used books--who can find a used copy if one
is on the market.
