Mel Disselkoen came and spoke at a meeting here in SE Indiana. We recorded his presentation and put it here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIYz65Vquxg&feature=player_embedded

Many in our club practice "on the spot" queen rearing with great success. We're not big time like many on this list, but Mel's process is reasonably repeatable and predictable.
