According to J?rgen Tautz in "The Buzz about Bees:  Biology of a Superorganism"...."The swarm cluster contains a good cross section of the individuals that belonged to the original hive, although the very young and oldest bees are left behind."

To me this says that there are nurse bees in that swarm along with foragers.
