Alden, I'm checking.  We know little about the actual mechanisms for the
sterilants.

Acetic acid may destroy the membranes or proteins of the spores, or it may
simply cause them to eject their polar bodies.
Bleach may oxidize the spore membranes, or the action may be due to the NaOH
in household bleach--Dr Robb Cramer found that strong bases kill the spores.

Ozone sounds very promising, but will need some tests.

Meanwhile, Alden, you can benefit from your cold  winters, since freezing
appears to kill virtually all the N ceranae spores.
