For your info -- the NZ Ministry of Health has altered its advice to health
professionals regarding the introduction of honey to an infant's diet from
12 months to 6 months in line with the lack of evidence regarding infant
botulism due to consumption of honey.

This follows submissions made by the NNFA, Cliff Van Eaton and Peter Molan
at the Ministry of Health's request.
