Honeybee Importation Prohibition Regulations, 2004
SOR: 2004-136

I am pleased to inform you that the amendment to the honeybee
importation regulations from the mainland USA was registered into law on
May 19, 2004 and will be officially published in Canada Gazette Part II
on June 2, 2004.

import conditions.
Importers wishing to import honeybee queens from the continental USA
should apply for permits to CFIA Area Import Specialists:
