You are absolutely correct, Pete.  However, others may be less conservative,
and based upon bleach's long proven history of being an effective sterilant,
combined with the data from Winston against AFB, and Cramer against N
ceranae, another beekeeper might *assume* that bleach would indeed likely be
effective against N ceranae spores, provided that there was good coverage
and a high enough concentration of hypochlorite.
