I´m very happy to have the opportunity to greet you again.
 
I heard someone (can´t remember "who") mention that in "other countries" 
the government has booklets with directions on how to become  a 
beekeeper in different regions of the country. That is, if I´m 
interested in how to keep bees in ..say...Texas...I can ask for a 
booklet with details for that. 
 
The person said, that that is called "production systems", and I would 
like to know if that is true.
