A question I have is when to use or not use old comb. I have some frames
that are in good shape, black wax, kind of old (4 years?), never used
coumaphos with them, that have adult bees in a scattering of cells that
never made it out of the cell. Some have a slightly chewed cap others
nothing. I am in need of drawn out frames but am hesitant to use them
thinking they may contain viruses. They are from a couple of hives winter
kill hives. There may be 30 to 40 occupied cells on each side.

Karen
