Allen,

I agree, The period of disruption was short - thank you to all that did 
grease the wheels in this case.

Still, your comments do not address the sentiment of my question- not 
that I am suggesting you or they should!

We have a bottle neck situation that is becoming more restricted as the 
years pass - and there is increasing frustration appearing outside the 
beekeepers realm of direct control.

I suggest that external pressure will re-ignite the "Border debate".
