Hi All,

Lately there has been a high volume of spam being submitted to BEE-L, most
of which has been filtered out by the moderators.  One such submission was
erroneously approved a few weeks back, prompting a spate of submissions
complaining about the spam to the list.

To prevent such submissions and possible moderator errors, I have configured
the list such that only subscribers can submit posts for approval.
Hopefully this will correct the problem but I am not totally sure how the
change in list configuration will effect legitimate submissions.  If anyone
has problems submitting to BEE-L, please make sure first that you are
actually subscribed to the list.  If problems persist, please let me know
directly.
