I had a observationhive in a classroom (second year)

Kids ± 9 /10 years old.

It was a two frames hive with a plexi-tube (1'inch, diameter) straight

through the wall

First floor classroom

I start with one frame with queen cells and one with honey/sucker

The teacher was so lucky to keep the kid quiet;

she had only to mention the bees.

There were no trouble at all.

Just for holiday in july , we extract a couple of honeyframe (from a other hive)

every kid goes home with a self extrated honey jar

I got 50 drawing of friendly bees back from them

greeting, jan
