When you say "seen the product work", do you mean it eliminated Ian's
Annoying Pet Virus (IAPV) in a set of bees, or do you mean that it had some
tangible impact that resulted in actual better bee health, vigor, or
performance in terms of tangible metrics?

I was not aware that IAPV made any specific difference in bee health, at
least for the strain seen in the Western Hemisphere. I know that the claims
made about the Middle-Eastern strain included things like "colony death in 3
days", but I've not heard of any significant losses attributed to the virus.

And of course the work in the area of bees is pure PR. Since when has
anyone ever made a profit selling anything more complex than woodenware to
beekeepers? :)
