In the last few months since I have been reading this list I have been
amazed and impressed by wealth of information and ideas that have been
shared.  I have also been amazed by the number of countries represented.
 
So..... Where are you from.  It would be most interesting to collect a
list of countries represented.  How about sending me a message with your
country identified and I will compile such a list?
 
Since much of the participation appears to be from Canada and the US, how
about giving me your state or province as well.
