I am among one of those less than thrilled with megabee used in syrup. When I used it  with inside frame feeders it settled to resemble a fine looking clay mud.When we  used 2 gallon buckets on top, it clogged the holes,so it's out of that use for me.
 I do agree with Randy, size has to matter and be better just by sound reason,the smaller it is the easier bees can feed on it and get the nutrition they need from it.
 I do think it's over priced,and for the time being will have to stay with the old school brewers yeast mix up,even thou Megabee is the easiest form of bulk patty to handle I have used
