Yes, but it is only fair to keep in context that this speculation
is based on a trail conducted on watermelons, one of a few types of 
produce that is pollinated by native bees, as well Dr. Thorp et. al qualified
this potential based on optimum conditions in farm scape management both in and
around this type of crop.

Growing food in conjuction with allowing a few other species to coexist
is worthy pursuit IMHO
