Probably the simplest way would be to just put one box on top of another
and not worry about newspapers, sprays, or elixirs. Killing one of the
queens a day or so prior to uniting will eliminate any queen pheremone in
that nuc. Realizing they are queenless, those bees will very likely accept
the new queen.
