For the past two days visiting beekeepers, I asked about nosema. Answer it is around and no treatment. Winter is 118 days and temperature ranges from -30 for few days to 10 C. Bees have ability to defecate more often than we think. Therefore stress of confinement is not there. If it happen they use a Russian medicine. We were told is herbal!

For varroa if interested. iit is again Russian medicine after investigation it is amitrz, fulmithrin,or coumaphos. Treatment fall mostly and fall and spring.
